Successful VC/PE Firm funded by Li Ka-shing. Invests in a variety of societal and Environmental technologies. Issue with Horizons is they are not very accessible. You never hear back from them. Like many family offices and many vc's they rarely respond to inquiries unless you come in via a trusted partner. Pity as they are quite professional
